Buy-Side Advisory
Veda assists corporates in their inorganic growth strategy, including advisory on
acquiring companies. We work with companies and advise them on entry into new product/service
lines and new markets. As part of this process, we assist in scoping the target
market, identifying companies with complementary strengths and completing an acquisition
of one or more of the targets on optimal terms.
Cross Border Transactions
We have advised on several cross-border transactions, each resulting in strong local
businesses partnering with large global players. We have demonstrated our capabilities
in partner-search, negotiations and optimising structure, for our client.
